Shipping

We ship orders to the delivery address provided during the order process.

The available shipping methods and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery Area

Shipping is available within Germany and to other selectable delivery countries, provided they are available at checkout.

If your country is not selectable at checkout, please feel free to email us at info@pilgrim.im before placing your order.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page or during the order process.

For items available immediately, shipping usually occurs within a few business days after payment is received. For pre-orders, small series, or products under ongoing development, a different delivery time may apply. In this case, the delivery time will be indicated with the product or during the order process.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before the order is completed.

Any additional costs, such as customs duties, import fees, or taxes for deliveries outside Germany or outside the European Union, may be levied by the respective delivery country and are to be borne by the customer.
